In September, after a few dedicated years of idea development and grant writing, the National Science Foundation awarded us a three-year research grant with UCLA Department of Communication Studies and UC Berkeley to study how to build a strong debugging culture in our weekend and summer coding workshops. We are beyond grateful to have this opportunity and are ready to get going at the start of the new year!9 Dots is proud to be advancing K-12 computer science as a Code.org Regional Partner!  In September we were invited to the White House to participate in a regional convening for computer science education.
